Hi, I'm LP. I have been a Shokotan fan since 2007. I Started this blog because I realized that there really aren't any american blogs/websites dedicated solely to Shokotan.
For years I have been wanting to start one but wondered if I had the time to update. Finally I realized what is there to lose. I brought it up to my good friend David who is a giganto shoko fan as well and a giza cool person. He liked the idea and thus GizaPower! was born. Together we hope to bring you the most possible on news, & events.
Visiting the US and performing at Anime Expo 2008 was a huge step forward in expanding her fanbase outside Japan. Many people had not even heard of the name Shokotan before her visit.
Now as she records more and more anime theme songs for series that are making their way to not just the US but other countries I feel that her fanbase will continue to grow. Hopefully this blog will help people who want to learn more about this cute, cat loving idol, artist, actress, model, voice talent, pokemon trainer....list goes on and on...
