Halloween Party 2011

Last night Shokotan performed at the Vamps Halloween Party 2011.
This is an event held by the group Vamps every year with special guest every year as well.
It so happens that this year Shokotan was invited to the party this year.
This year it was held at the Kobe World Memorial Hall on October 29th and again on the 30th.
Shokotan looks adorable in her outfit.
Here she is posing with Vamps and L'Arc-en-Ciel vocalist, HYDE, who was dressed as a very cool Edward Scissorhands.

Everyone got into the spirit even Shokotan's Manager, Nakata, who dressed up as a devil maid? LOL

I hope everyone has a wonderful Halloween! Enjoy your weekend!

Shokotan in Hakone

 Shokotan arriving at Hakone-Yumoto Station

Shokotan went on a relaxing retreat with her mom Keiko to Hakone.
Hakone is an absolute beautiful town located west of Tokyo in the Kanagawa prefecture.
If you are an Evangelion fan you might remember this as the setting of Hakone "Tokyo-3" ^_^

It is known for its hot springs resorts and historical sites. It is just breathtaking and definitely a place to visit if you are ever in the area.

WWwww Shoko is really enjoying the scenery from the hot spring sugoi!

Shoko's new hair!

Shokotan shortened her hair by about 8inches. She looks great with any haircut or hairstyle.
I don't think I've ever seen her with hairt this short if you don't count the times she has put on a short wig www.

Shokotan Visits Hong Kong!

Shokotan visited Hong Kong for the latest episode of "Bullet World Traveler".
Bullet Traveler is a show that Shokotan has been doing along with model, Nozomi Sasaki, and actress and comedian, Shizuyo Yamasaki.
The show revolves around their experiences traveling to different countries. The catch: they only have about 24hours, hence the show's title "Bullet World Traveler".

Shokotan was the veteran HK traveler seeing as this is not the first time she has visited.
Lol you could say she had an advantage and was able to guide the girls and take them to see her favorite spots. This included having Shokotan's favorite watermelon slush ice drink as soon as they arrived at the HK airport. (pic above)

Shokotan then took them to eat at her favorite restaurant, "The Red Pepper", where they dined on sizzling Sichuan prawns. yum!

They then visited Madame Tussauds Wax Museum where they mingled with "Jackie Chan" and other celebrities.

They visited the Bruce Lee statue which Shoko always takes the time to see on every visit.

This is a two part episode..Here's a link to the first part:

New Koigokoro PV

Shokotan released her PV for the cover song Koigokoro ("Awakening of Love") which will be on the upcoming Shokotan 4 cover rock version album. Boy does she look tough here!
This song was originally done by Aikawa Nanase.
The video is currently up on Youtube but for how long is anyone's guess. Due to copyright and the such her music videos tend to disappear so enjoy while you can!

Kanagawa Performance

Last night Shokotan performed at a school festival for the Kanagawa Dental College. It is a private university at Yosuka Kanagawa, Japan.
She was super impressed with everyones excitement and apologize for not being able to prolong the encore but her voice was going out. She loves when everyone breaks out the Ultra Orange glowsticks at her concerts!

Shoko Cooking

Shokotan has been very open about her dislike for cooking. Also about her lack of skills on the matter. (which I presume is the reasoning behind her dislike ww).
I cannot cook very well either so I totally understand where she's coming from. I seriously sometimes believe that cooking is part of a gene...some sort of strange science www.
Lately she has been attempting to make some dishes at home. I give her much credit! Perseverance is the key!
She tried her hand at an omelette and a corned beef with cabbage dish.
She says it came out bad! ww But it doesn't look that bad...maybe a tad burnt. Keep at it, Shoko!

Corned Beef

Shoko's favorite food at the moment seems to be Nogaki's Corned Beef with Mayonnaise.

I have to admit it sounds and looks kinda gross but she swears it delicious www!
Now I have to try this!
